James Bryan, a 53-year-old Wiggins resident, has entered a guilty plea on one charge of possession of child pornography.
Bryan appeared before Judge Sul Overden in federal court in Gulfport Feb. 18.
He was arrested by FBI agents Jan. 8 at Hollywood Casino in connection with evidence found in his home and on his computer during a raid by the Stone/Wiggins Narcotics Task Force last March.
Bryan faces a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
Overden set sentencing in the case for May 7.
FBI agents also seized 0.3 grams of methamphetamine and paraphernalia along with another computer when they arrested Bryan.
Bryan’s arrest by the FBI led to the revocation of his bond for the charges associated with the arch raid in Wiggins.
