Mrs. Carla Kay Perkins, 47 of Carnes, died Sun., June 9, 2013 at Forrest General Hospital, Hattiesburg.
Mrs. Perkins was a member of First Baptist Church of Carnes, employed at Forrest County Agricultural High School in the cafeteria and a graduate of Northrop High School in Fort Wayne, Ind.
Her parents, Joseph Roy Perkins and Gloria Dawn Baatz Perkins; two sisters, Phyllis Smith and Roxy Zimmerman; and stepfather, James Parks, all preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband, Eugene Seal of Carnes; two sons, Kenneth Roy (Elizabeth) Perkins of Wiggins and Jackson Alexander Perkins of Carnes; two granddaughters, Makenleigh Perkins and Aydriannah Perkins; four sisters, Karan, Kathy (Jim) Foster, Lynn (Robert) Payne, Candy (Aubrey) Williams; brother Mark Perkins and numerous of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wed., June 12 at First Baptist Church of Carnes. Interment will follow in Seal Cemetery.
Moore Funeral Service in Wiggins was in charge of arrangements.
