Jason Kennedy, 35 of Wiggins went home to be with Jesus on Saturday, June 5, 2010.
Mr. Kennedy was a loving father, son, and brother. He was a 1993 graduate of Forrest County AHS and a member of Word Alive Church in Wiggins. His big heart and witty sense of humor will be greatly missed and the family is comforted knowing his faith in Jesus Christ as his Savior means we will see him again.
Psalm 116:15 – “Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints.”
He is preceded in death by his father, James A. Kennedy and his grandparents, Floyd and Celie Duke.
Survivors include his parents, Tommy and Sue Pettis of Wiggins; three children, Hayley, Jordan and Zach; the mother of his children, Jenifer Howard all of Pascagoula; one sister, Christina Favre of Gulfport; two brothers, Derrell (Matilda) Kennedy and Steve (Wanda) Kennedy all of Wiggins; five nieces; three nephews; and three great nephews.
Funeral services were held Friday, June 11, from Berean Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, family prefers memorials be sent to: Bank of Wiggins, 109 W. Pine Ave., Wiggins, MS 39577, in care of Jason Kennedy.
Moore Funeral Service of Wiggins was in charge of arrangements.
