Code Ann. § 11-21-11 et. seq. WHEREAS the undersigned Special Commissioner took and subscribed his Oath pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. § 11-21-17 filed said action; THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Special Commissioner do hereby give notice that on Friday the 30th day of August, 2019 during legal hours I will proceed to sell at public auction, at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, at the main front door on the west side of the Stone County Courthouse in Wiggins, Mississippi the following described lands with all improvements thereon situated in Stone County, Mississippi and described as follows, to wit: Index as follows: In the NE 1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 25 Township 2 South Range 12 West and described as the N ½ of NE1/4 of NE 1/4 of Section 25 Township 2 South Range 12 West less and except a tract of land described as follows: Beginning 60 feet south of the northeast corner of said 20 acre tract and running thence south 520 feet, thence west 418 feet, thence north 520 feet and thence east 418 feet to the point of beginning, less highway right of way; less and except the west 30 feet (conveyed to the City of Wiggins for Hall Street); also less and except right of way for Highway 26. The undersigned Special Commissioner will convey such title as authorized and directed by the Judgment and to be confirmed by the Chancery Court of Stone County, Mississippi of July 1, 2019 in the above styled and numbered cause.
