SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS on AUGUST 26, 2008, Stevon N. Moore and Jondena D. Moore executed a Deed of Trust in favor of Hancock Bank, Beneficiary and Joy Lambert Phillips, Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded in the records of mortgages and deeds of trust on land in the office of the Chancery Clerk for Stone County, Mississippi, in deed of trust book 305 at pages 431-437 and later modified by instrument dated November 24, 2010, and recorded in book number 334 at page 605 all with respect to the following real property located in Stone County, Mississippi particularly described herein below, and; WHEREAS, Hancock Whitney Bank , formerly known as Hancock Bank, holder of the note secured by the said Deed of Trust, having substituted William P. Wessler, Attorney at Law, of Gulfport, Mississippi, as Trustee in said Deeds of Trust by instrument dated October 26, 2020 and recorded on December 3, 2020 in Deed of Trust book 448 at pages 138-140 in the aforesaid chancery clerk’s office , and ; WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust, and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared due and payable in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust, Whitney Bank , formerly known as Hancock Bank, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney’s fees, Trustee’s fees and expenses of sale; NOW, THEREFORE, I, William P.
