Disaster-trained workers with the American Red Cross of Alabama and Mississippi are helping dozens of people after tropical storm, Claudette, brought strong storms, a tornado and heavy rains through parts of Alabama and Mississippi.

Currently, the Red Cross has shelters open in:

Stone County: Stone County Elementary School, 1652 E. Central Avenue, Wiggins MS

All disaster assistance is FREE and available to everyone.
 

Red Cross teams will begin assessing damages in affected communities today June 20, 2021. If anyone was affected by the storms and/or flooding and needs help, please give us a call at 1-800-RED-CROSS. We are committed to help those impacted recover from these storms.
