Victor was born November 11, 1954 in Oakdale, LA. In his early years he worked for Long Beach PD and Harrison County SO. Victor retired after 28 years as a lineman with MS Power Co. and later as Stone County Road Manager.He is survived by his loving wife, Nena Preston Clark of Perkinston, MS; children, Jessica (Andrew) McCaughan of Perkinston, MS, Kyle Clark of Perkinston, MS, Micah (Emily) Hatten of Wiggins, MS; Brother, Ellis Griffin of Shreveport, LA; “Pawpaw’s girls” as he called them, granddaughters; Presley, Addison, and Maya.Funeral Services were held on Monday April 26, 2021 at Big Level Baptist Church with burial that followed at Big Level Baptist Church Cemetery. Moore Funeral Service is in charge of the arrangements.
